saw u ytd, was speechless.
i was swinging my leg, then suddenly turn around then saw u, immediate reaction is turn back. and pretend nth happen.
although u are attached but memories jus flood back into my brain.
clear my tots with the tot of my dad still in hosp, still in icu.
this past one week plus, stuck in hosp, icu and feeling depressed.
we were told to be mentally prepared when he first admitted into the hosp, i cried.
whole brain is thinking wad will u do when u are tgt with me. i jus collapsed and cry. but i learn that i need to be independent and not be reliant on others.
hope u are doing fine in ur current life, and do take care of urself.
yesterday i force myself to be crazy, to smile although all those things i facing now.
but the news that my dad is conscious and able to move, make me happy.

How To Be A Better Couple
10 steps to enjoying each other better...
1. Be realistic about each other.
Don't try to turn ur partner into something he or she is not. Let's face it, guys-there's only 1 Pamela Anderson in the world, and even she has had her implants removed! Give ur gal a break and understand that her physical appearance is NOT going to change overnite with the help of a few facials ! or treat ments. And ladies, Brad Pitt has already been taken, so u're gonna have to do with what ur guy is like! Chill out, love each other for what u are. There is more to ur partner than what meets the eye.
2. Always talk things out.
Now guys, I know this is not ur fave pastime or mode of resolving issues, but u know what? This works with the gals. Don't make assumptions about each other's feelings. Learn to xpress urself better so that ur partner undrstands what u're angry about, or hurt about, or even happy about! When u stop talking to each other from the heart, it's the beginning of the end.
3. Do stuff together.
Make an effort to do things together. Do some sports or involve urselves in some shared activities; something both of u enjoy or are interested in. It could be as simple as watching movies together, or jus strolling hand-in-hand down Orchard Road. Watch soccor with him once in a while though the green patch on TV puts u to sleep in 3 seconds. And guys, do give in if ur gal asks for another day at window-shopping, rather than suggest that she go out with her girlfriends for "that sort of activities" instead. If u're spending more time with ur friends rather than with ur partner, it's a warning sign that u're drifting apart!!!
4. Meet each other halfway.
If he agrees to throw out that rotten T-shirt with the "The_Rock" print, u shouldn't kick up much of a fuss if he asks u to keep ur room tidy. There's gotta be a little giving and taking in a relationship, so learn to meet each other halfway.
5.Show ur love
Buy her flowers or candy or perfume everynow and then, even if u have been together for 5years. It's wonderful to continue showing someone that u care for him or her. Cook him a special meal, paint him a Valentine's Day card. Knit him mini-socks he can't wear ( like for decoration purposes => ), buy him a packet of milk for breakfast, or pack his wardrobe for him...so he knows u can still be romantic and loving despite having been together for quite a while.
6. Respect each other.
Stop making jokes about her hair or skin, or whatever it is u love to laugh at. Ask urself if she thinks if its funny. And if he has an inferiority complex about his height, stop ogling at tall guys and make him feel worse! Love is about respecting each other's feelings and being sensitive to each other at all times.
7. Bury the past.
Stop bringing up the past. Gals..don't bring up the happy things about u and ur ex to ur guy, it would jus make him jealous or unhappy. And guys, don't talk about the happy times that u had with ur ex or mention about her in ur every other sentence as it would make ur gal feel un-happy and she might think that u saying all this b'cos u are gonna get back with ur ex or not interested in her anymore.< /P>
8. Sit on ur jealousy.
All of us go thru' spells of insecurity at the beginning of the relationship, but don't translate that insecurity into jealousy. If u're gonna go through ur partner's mail and cupboard, and eavesdropping on conversations, u know something is wrong - with u!!! Jealousy is like a poison that slowly spreads thru' the relationship before finally killing it. Trust ur partner; love has to have trust in it.
9. Keep ur commitments to each other.
If ur partner is standing u up all the time and cancelling dates and breaking promises, u need to talk! If u're in a relationship, make ur partner ur priority and don't disappoint them if u can help it. It's really terrible when someone promises to take u to dinner, and then calls to cancel it. Don't make promises u can't keep. If ur partner starts to feel that he/she is not important enough to u, u may jus lose him/her.
10. Be honest.
Honesty is not scowling at how awful she looks first thing in the morning, or telling him that he has the biceps of a fly~! When we say "be honest", we mean expressing ur feelings clearly, not being bitingly cruel. When u're hurt, say so, and when u're angry, tell him/her, w/o getting hysterical. If u can't be honest with ur partner, who can u be honest with? f Love is also about honesty, and a relationship where no honesty exists probabl! y isn't worth it!

friday after sch i went to vivo to slack till 2.30 den go buy food and pampers for cotton after that dear come and find me den i also bought eyeliner from TFS and also a strawberry pig for sister. den went to swenson to eat with dear dear.
den we walk around met up with derrick and i go home done

i woke up early in the morning den bath hao wash clothes dry clothes den my WHOLE family go to HORT park. ok that place is amazingly BEAUTIFUL omg.... SO many FLOWERS is like OMG la. ok i am the type of girl who love scenery alot esp those filled with flowers. den i keep walking and enjoying OMG so BEAUTIFUL
den after we left hort park, we went to sakura for buffet. i am BLOATED from the meal. foodwise is edible not delicious yup
den after that we all went to singapore flyer. we manage to bought 2 tic so my aunt and mummy went up to take the ride while the rest of us find sth to do for the next half an hour. i went exploring the palce with my second sis den yup the park is WOW beautiful. it is indoor park btw. den after that went to build a bear. feel like building one again omg haha joking. den went to a shop. the shop is so BEAUTIFUL ok i mean the items in there. i saw the eggs( can open one) jus that it look like egg. here the pic

but over there is much more beautiful than this. then i also saw porcelain merry go round OMG damn CHIO but also damn ex. ROAR. den saw jap stuff wah is BEAUTIFUL but its EXP as well so nvm bought a keychain for my aunt den yup den we went outside the fish spa shop to wait for them

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and
said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly.
Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

3: Angry Outburst - Try your best not to throw your temper around, even though sometimes i know its quite hard to control. Just do your best to overcome it. If what the person did is too much, talk to the person seriously starting from the root of the problem! Not bringing in other no link stuffs into the conversation and see who did the most number of errors against each other. After that come out with a solution and made a promised to that. I can assure you that after you do that, both will feel a lot better; relationship will be strengthen. Remember this, What's the point of winning an argument but lost a relationship?

4: Dishonesty - You have heard that honesty is the best policy. Honesty lead to a clear road map to resove conflict and meets important emotional needs. While dishonesty is offensive and lead to many troubles as you know one lie leads to many lies.

Why people lie?
- to protect themselve.
- to look good.
- to avoid trouble (blame shifting).
- out of compulsion.

In the end, the truth will be shown. Who will lose out? A liar or a truthful person? Just a lie can destroy a person's reputation which takes years and effort to build. So, don't lie. Speak the truth.

5: Annoying Habits - Watch out for annoying habits like shaking of legs, digging of nose, speaking of vulgarities and etc. Yes, you may say that its the person's character. However, if the habits are bad and irritating, it is not pleasant for others especially your partner may get pissed off one day and argument starts.

Here's an example. A married couple, the husband has an annoying habits by leaving empty snack bags, bottles and magazines all over the place. The wife, however is a bit pissed or annoyed by it because she has to clear it up everytime. The point is this, the wife can choose to express her feelings to her husband or to keep it inside first. If the wife express her feelings to her spouse, both knows what's going on and so a solution and an agreement can be met. If not, the wife bottles up the anger, hurt and irritation inside and what happens if she can't take it anymore?

Another example will be let's say a business meeting settings. A person is meeting two or more clients and the speaker keeps shaking his or her legs. Is this considered annoying habits towards the clients? Will this bring a good image for the person?

6: Independent Behaviour - This is quite serious. Sometimes a person can be too focus by their own tasks and get so focus that they forget the people around them. E.g. taking others for granted, ignoring how others think and feel, overly dominant. Who likes to be ordered around by others? No one right? So the person have to give a second thought for how others felt especially in a bgr or even married couples. Talk to each other. Remember, Communications is the foundation of any relationships.

I have heard about many divorce cases are people saying that they are not compatible with each other. What nonsense is this!? If they are not compatible and why they did get married in the first place? And they are not willing to sacrifice themselve and make themselves compatible. Come to talk about sacrifice, remember at start that love is about giving; give out of own expense. In this world, who is compatible to each other? It is compatible if you think it is and not compatible if you think its not. I think that a wonderful relationship is where both party appreciate and enjoy each other's different world; interests, hobbies, likes, thoughts, food and etc. Isn't it nice? =D

Here is the two important Policies to follow. If you follows these two policies and avoid the 6 love buster factors, your relationship with your bf, gf or spouse will be strengthen and more loving.

Policy of Radical Honesty

Reveal as much information as you know about yourself to the person. E.g. thoughts, feelings, habits, like, dislikes, hobbies, plans, goals, food and etc. Let the other party know you inside out and vice versa. When you all understand each other, isn't it great so both will do the right things that pleased each others?

Policy of Joint Agreement

Never do anything without enthusiastic agreement between you and your spouse. Remember, Marriage is a Partnership! Not Proprietorship!

This is very important because when Husband and Wife make decisions together, they become 1 Team. A very strong team.

I give you an example. I believe you all know that sometimes when a child in a family is naughty like picky of food, or want to buy toys, one of the parents agree while other disagree? Or when a dad wants to discipline his child, the child will always run to the mum for protection? This may look nothing but remember that a small broken thread that destroy the whole cloth. After a long period of time, the dad and mum will tends to disagree and argue with each other and what happens after that when the problem is not been solved? I think you know the answer.

No matter what, both should talk and come up a decision. When both agrees, their relationship will become stronger. When a child is faced with disciplinary actions, if he or she run to the mum, his or her mum will bring the child to the dad for punishment. So the child will know that he or she cannot escape punichment when mistakes are made; avoid making mistakes in future. Isn't it better that way?
